Neighborhood Health Partnership uses Medco Health Solutions Inc. (Medco) for certain pharmacy benefit services. You have access to a suite of online tools and information to help you get the most from your pharmacy benefit. All you have to do is log on to 365wellst.com to:

• Find prescription drug costs
• Search for lower-cost alternative medications
• Order maintenance medications through mail order
• View your prescription claims history
• Locate a pharmacy

Please note: When registering for the first time on 365wellst.com, you are required to enter the Rx ID# located on your member ID card.

Specialty Pharmacy Program

Specialty medications are critical to improving the health and lives of individuals and are also some of the most expensive medications being used today. Specialty medications are typically more than $250 per prescription, in an injectable or oral form, treat chronic and complex diseases and typically require additional clinical support for better health outcomes.

Prescription Drug List

Our Prescription Drug List is a list of prescription medications, including brand name and generic medications, that have been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as safe and effective. It is a tool that helps guide you and your doctor in choosing medications that allow the most effective and affordable use of your pharmacy benefit. The Prescription Drug List is subject to review and modification.
