NHP has, therefore, adopted the following Preventive and Clinical Practice Guidelines from nationally recognized sources. The Medical Quality Management Committee, which is made up of participating primary care physicians and specialists in a variety of clinical fields, has reviewed and approved the use of the following guidelines.
