Important Announcement for All MyNHP Users

Neighborhood Health Partnership (NHP) is pleased to announce the transition of MyNHP eServices into the
UnitedHealthcare of the River Valley administrative system. This transition is necessary to
standardize the NHP plans within the UnitedHealthcare organization
while helping to control long-term costs. You will continue to receive the same quality service
as you've come to expect from Neighborhood Health Partnership.
The following are some of the benefits of the UnitedHealthcare of the River Valley eServices application:
- UnitedHealthcare eServices system will offer enhanced functionality
- Enables the integration of services to maintain the NHP products
Timeframe:
- First migration phase will be August 01, 2010
- Last migration phase expected to be October 01, 2010
- Continue to use the current MyNHP eservices system until otherwise notified
Once you have been migrated:
- Brokers: As of August 01, 2010, the legacy NHP login is for historical lookup purposes only. You will need to request a new account for the United eServices (UeS) Broker portal. After a short approval process, a representative will be in contact with you regarding the account details. Access United eServices
- Employers: You will need to request a new account. After a short approval process, a representative will be in contact with you regarding the account details. Access United eServices
- Members: You will need to self register for a new account. After registering, an activation code will be mailed to your home address of record. Until you activate your account online, you will have access to only basic functionality. Access eServices
- Providers: You will need to request a new account. After a short approval process, a representative will be in contact with you regarding the account details. Access United eServices
