To better serve you, we are making some administrative changes as we integrate Neighborhood Health Partnership (NHP) with UnitedHealthcare. This integration will consolidate our administrative and claims operations on a UnitedHealthcare administrative system.

This transition will not affect your NHP benefits, the provider network or your renewal date. Only the system on which your benefits are processed will change.
