To better serve you, we are making some administrative changes that will soon occur as we begin to
move the administration of your Neighborhood Health Partnership (NHP) benefits plan to a new
administrative system. This administrative change will not affect your benefits, the provider
network or your employer’s open enrollment period. Only the system on which your benefits are
administered will change. We appreciate your patience during this transitional period!
This transition will be ongoing during the second half of 2010. As part of this transition, you
will receive a new ID card with a new member number.
